within which you are entitled to a full refund of your $500 booking deposit
The initial $500 reserves your spot
Making a purchase confirms you have read and agreed to our Terms + Conditions
And have read and understood our FAQ’s and Refund Policy
Payments can be made in 3 installments
The initial non-refundable $500 deposit holds your spot
1st half is due at time of tour confirmation
2nd Half of remaining payment is due Nov 1, 2026
If a tour does not meet its minimum of 6 travelers (see terms and conditions)
Your tour will be 100% refunded including your reservation deposit
***Please do not purchase your airline tickets until we have confirmed via email that the tour has reached the minimum capacity of 6 travelers and is a CONFIRMED TOUR
You will be notified no later than 60 days before departure.
30 days prior to departure,
We will email you a info kit with all the fun (and some boring) travel details
Please check your spam box if you receive a first invoice but do not see a separate welcome email with the info kit for your tour.
