come with a7-day grace period within which you are entitled to a full refund of your $500 booking deposit

If a tour does not meet its minimum of 6 travelers (see terms and conditions)
Your tour will be 100% refunded including your reservation deposit
***Please do not purchase your airline tickets until we have confirmed via email that the tour has reached the minimum capacity of 6 travelers and is a CONFIRMED TOUR
You will be notified no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
This price is per person for a shared premium boutique accommodations with twin beds, please let us know if you are bringing a friend/girlfriend you would like to bunk with.
If not we will pair you with a delightful fellow traveler, and who knows, this could become a lifelong friend!
A limited number of Private Rooms may be available - please email us if you are interested
Once a tour is confirmed you will receive an email invoice for your next payment
AND, in a separate email, our AWT Info Kit with all the fun (and some boring) travel details
Please check your spam box if you receive a first invoice but do not see a separate welcome email with the info kit for your tour.
Tours are limited to 10 guests and fill up fast.
If your final payment is not completed at the required time, your spot may be given to the next person on the waitlist.
