Payments can be made in 3 installments

2,948 USD - 1st half is due at the time of tour confirmation
2,947 USD - 2nd half / complete payment is due 3 months prior to tour start date
If a tour does not meet its minimum of 6 travelers (see terms and conditions)
Your tour will be 100% refunded including your reservation deposit
***Please do not purchase your airline tickets until we have confirmed via email that the tour has reached the minimum capacity of 6 travelers and is a CONFIRMED TOUR
You will be notified no later than 60 days before departure.
All of our tours include shared premium boutique accommodations with twin beds. We will pair you with a delightful fellow traveler, and who knows, this could become a lifelong friend!
Please let us know if you are bringing a friend/girlfriend you would like to bunk with.
A limited number of Private Rooms may be available - please email us if you are interested
Once a tour is confirmed you will receive an email invoice for your next payment
AND, in a separate email, our AWT Info Kit with all the fun (and some boring) travel details
Please check your spam box if you receive a first invoice but do not see a separate welcome email with the info kit for your tour.
We have by far the lowest tour maximum in the industry.
Our tours are limited to 8 guests and fill up fast.
If your final payment is not completed at the required time, your spot may be given to the next person on the waitlist.
